The PE200 Series utilizes a photo-etching process to provide flawless reproduction of logos and custom artwork. Etched photo polymer is made of a single piece construction and comes in four thicknesses, 1/16”, 1/8”, 3/16”, and 1/4”. Text and Braille are raised .032” which is required by ADA guidelines. The sign is coated with an acrylic polyurethane paint, the raised portion is hot stamped a contrasting color. Black, white, brushed silver and brushed gold are standard text colors or the text can be tipped a custom color. A final clear satin urethane is applied to the sign for maximum protection. Photo polymer is the ultimate choice when exacting raised detail is required.
