1. Sending Electronic File Formats for ASE to use in production

We will accept PC compatible scale artwork in the following vector formats.  Please do not send a file for every sign.  ASE will provide correct Braille translations if needed.

·         .cdr (13 or lower converted to curves)

·         .eps (converted to paths)

·         .pdf

·         .dwg

·         .dxf

·         .tiff (for digital print only)

Note that specific file formats may be required for certain ASE products.  Please contact or email us at info@asesigns.com to ensure that the correct file format is provided.

2. Drawings

ASE will provide one custom drawing for each sign type at no charge if your order is greater than $500.  Custom drawings show the actual text from your initial sign schedule, borders, corner conditions, colors if known, frames (only if supplied by ASE) and mounting.  To ensure an accurate initial set of custom drawings, a sorted sign schedule and all specifications must be provided. If all specifications are not provided, custom drawings will reflect the specifications as originally quoted.  Any and all changes to custom drawings requested by the customer will result in art charges at $48 per hour. If specifications change as a result of the revisions, the job may also need to be re-quoted. Proofs can also be provided at $7.50 each.

ASE may provide our standard drawings at no charge if your order is less than $500.  If you are re-ordering please specify original work order number and previous artwork will be used.

3. Camera Ready Artwork

If electronic files are not available ASE will accept camera ready artwork.  Our supported scanning size is 11” x17”.  Camera ready artwork is normally required for logos or custom designs. For multi-color silk screening, separations and color keys are required. Art charges of $48 per hour will be assessed if your artwork is not acceptable.
